Sinead Black

Sinead joined the Society in 2010, appearing in the chorus of The Sorcerer. In 2011 she played Peep-Bo in The Mikado, and in 2012, Celia in Iolanthe and Sacharissa in Princess Ida. In 2014 she played the part of Isabel in The Pirates of Penzance and, in 2018, Zorah in Ruddigore.

Sinead has worked with a number of other societies including Falkirk Operatic Society on their productions of Wizard of Oz, 42nd Street and Sweet Charity and played Fiametta in The Gondoliers with Kirkcaldy G&S.

During the covid pandemic Sinead has been keeping up with online shows via Zoom, and she has just finished a run of Aladdin with Dalgety Players playing the Queen. Sinead will be back in Carnegie Hall in June playing Miss Watson in the Fife première of Big the Musical.
