Could you fill that Chair?
At the 2019 AGM, Joy Campbell retired as Chair. Nobody was elected in her place at that meeting, and it was agreed that Joy would remain in post till a new Chair was elected at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at the start of the 2019–20 season.
That EGM will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 4 September at the Whitefield Day Hospital. (The scheduled HMS Pinafore chorus rehearsal will commence immediately after the meeting)
At that EGM we are seeking nominations from the floor (with the prior consent of the nominees) for the position of Chair.

You’ve just missed a chance to see the Society on stage, but we’ll be back at Carnegie on 18–20 February 2027 with a sparkling production of that perennial favourite, The Gondoliers.
