Auditions 2018

The auditions for our production in February 2018 of The Mikado are being held on Monday 28 August and after a shortened rehearsal on Wednesday 6 September. To book your slot, please e-mail auditions@dgass.org.uk (or phone Mary Alexander on 01383 737441)

You need to prepare the musical item listed in the table below, bring with you a copy of the dialogue listed, and read Rae’s character notes. If you don’t have a libretto, the hypertext links are to the dialogue as given in the Gilbert and Sullivan Archive. You do not have to learn the dialogue, but familiarity will definitely help your confidence at the audition.
